Sripathy's Wife Creates World Record

Widow of late Mr. Sripathy Suiyarachchi, the former Deputy Leader of SLFP (M) wing, has joined three political parties within 48 hours and has created a world record.

On the 3rd she, accusing SLFP (M) wing stating her husband was ruined by SLFP (M) Leader Mangala Samaraweera, joined the UNP, was appointed a district organizer and presented nominations from the UNP for Gampaha District. However, yesterday (4th) she visited President Mahinda Rajapske, expressed her support to the UPFA and became a member of the UPFA. Then she phoned up Deputy Leader of the UNP Kary Jayasuriya and said she resigned from all her positions from the UNP.
She obtained the membership of three political parties within 48 hours and there hasn't any record of such a speedy change of membership of political parties. At present Ms. Dilrukshi Suriyarachchi is strengthening the hands of President Mahinda Rajapakse.
